Shipping is free for all orders over $100 in the USA. Orders ship within three business days. Shipping costs for orders below $100 are $5

International shipping

Norte ships internationally! Please note that customers are responsible for any custom duties or fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. All Norte Women shipments ship from USA.

Returns and exchanges

We hope you love your Norte garments, but if for any reason you’d like to change a size or return an item, we are here to help.

We accept unworn and unwashed items. Customer must contact us at hello@nortewomen.com with your order number and reason for the return within 7 days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once we receive the item in new condition we will issue a full refund.
